Sizing & Fit

What sizes do you offer?
Our kurta sets and co-ords come in sizes 38 to 46 (availability varies by design). Each product page lists the exact sizes in stock.

How do I choose the right size?
Please check our Size Chart and measure against a garment that already fits you well. If you are between sizes, we suggest sizing up for a relaxed fit.

Fabric & Care

What fabrics do you use?
Our edit features cotton, Chinon, Mal & Mul Chanderi, Dola and Russian silk, tissue and crepe. The fabric is listed on every product page.

How should I care for my outfit?
We recommend a gentle hand-wash in cold water or dry-clean, and drying in shade to protect the colour and embroidery. Iron on a low setting and avoid ironing directly over embroidery, sequins or mirror work.

Will the colour and work look exactly like the photo?
Each piece is handcrafted, so slight variation in colour, print placement and embroidery is natural. Screen settings may also affect how colours appear.

Orders & Payment

What payment methods can I use?
All major payment options — cards, UPI and net banking — are available securely at checkout.

Can I change or cancel my order?
Please email support@barjatiya.com as soon as possible. Once an order has shipped it cannot be changed.

Shipping & Delivery

When will my order ship?
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days. You will receive a notification once it ships.

How long does delivery take?
Within India: standard delivery in 5–7 business days, or 2–4 business days by express where available. International orders typically take 7–15 business days.

Do you offer free shipping?
Yes — orders above ₹2,499 ship free within India. Below that, shipping is calculated at checkout.

How do I track my order?
Once shipped, you will receive a tracking number by email or SMS. You can also use the Track Order link in our menu.

Returns & Exchanges

What is your return policy?
We offer a 14-day return from the day you receive your order. Items must be unworn and unused, with original tags and packaging, along with proof of purchase.

Which items cannot be returned?
Items bought on sale or with a discount coupon, custom or personalised orders, gift cards, and international shipments are not eligible for return.

How do I start a return or exchange?
Email support@barjatiya.com with your order details. Once approved, we will share return instructions. For an exchange, return the eligible item and place a new order.

When will I get my refund?
Approved refunds are processed to your original payment method within 10 business days.

My item arrived damaged or incorrect — what do I do?
Please inspect your order on delivery and contact us immediately at support@barjatiya.com so we can make it right.
